Ken is a former Brooklyn Prosecutor who is still litigating cases for the firm. In addition we work with several other local attorneys who insure every matter is given proper attention. He is admitted in New York State and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York Federal Courts
IMMIGRATION LAW
Ken works closely with clients and experienced consultants to assist immigration clients with any and all immigration matters and proceedings.
ENTERTAINMENT LAW
Ken is an expert in Entertainment law with over 30 years of practical experience in the music industry and over 23 years of practical experience in the movie industry. Ken has been involved with financing motion pictures, and packaging films for private entities, and has been involved with representing distributors, grammy winners, directors, and producers of film and music.
CRIMINAL LAW
Ken has over 18 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney as well as time served as a Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney. He is well versed in criminal law.
FOUNDERS PROTECTION
Ken is an expert in protecting start up founders and is well versed in employment offerings, designing operating agreements, and insuring founders are not tossed out of their own companies.
SEXUAL HARRASSMENT

About Ken Kushner
Ken graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Finance and later in his career graduated St.John's University School of Law.

He served on St.John's law school alumni Board for several years after finishing law school.
​
Ken is currently focusing on Criminal and Immigration law, helping clients who have complex immigration and criminal cases.
​
Ken has a tremendous background in Entertainment law. He has done contracts in connection with the launch of MTV Russia and the acquisition of the E network licensing. He has also produced over 150 music videos for sony, def jam interscope and universal records to name a few.
​
His current practice includes focus on, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Entertainment Law, Founder and start up protection, and Litigation both civil and criminal. He also is involved with financing of projects, companies, and intellectual property.

Our associates handle most of our other matters including personal injury, divorce, and simple corporate transactions.

Ken is currently married with three children and resides in Huntington NY.
